Within this substantial residential area of Hertfordshire, the brief for this development was a large, single storey rear extension to a Victorian dwelling. Large expanses of glass create the appearance of an orangery, and the depth of the extension provides a modern, open plan living, dining and kitchen area which complements the existing features of the property, whilst also affording better connection with the ample rear garden.
